VISA BULLETIN prediction form 2011-2012-2013

People often ask if anyone provides a service where you can simply put in your priority date and it could predict how long you many have to wait to be "current". Well there is one cute service offered by CAPITOL IMMIGRATION law group. The application is available on their webpage at http://www.cilawgroup.com/vb/.

You need to enter the following information:

Country of chargeability: *
Priority date: *


For example, if you have May 15th 2008 as your PD, here is the result from the application:

So, you see, according to them, the person with a PD of May 15th, 2008 may have to wait 1268 to 3351 days to receive his/her green-card.

Should you believe the data completely?
Hell, no! It is again prediction. The last year has been wonderful for PD movement. If the rate does not slow down, the PD of a person with May , 2008 PD should be current by May 2012. At least that is what we hope.
