I think the bulletin won't be out before 10th of November. I hope the PD advance for another 3-4 months. Can't wait to see VB touching 2008 landmark.

Rule No. 1 to remember is that what we say could very well be wrong (or wrong most of the time). But hey, so are other visa gurus out there.

Rule No. 2 is about not getting depressed if the priority date prediction does not advance as much in reality. Similarly, don't get too excited if you see 5 month of PD movement in one month time.

Visa Bulletin - Bureau of Consular Affairs - U.S. Department of State : Official VISA Bulletin for all types of VISA in the USA. Subscribe with their bulletin that comes out each month on about 10th day. This is your most accurate and BEST source of information.
Immigration Road: Pretty nice website that would list all the dates for you. They update the predictions pretty regularly. They also have a community that you can sign up.
Murthy Bulletins: The MurthyBulletin is the eNewsletter on immigration from the Murthy Law Firm. The information provided is of a general nature and may not apply to any particular set of facts or circumstances. It should not be construed as legal advice and does not constitute an engagement of the Murthy Law Firm. Pretty good source of information and pretty regular updates.
Immigration Pad Visa bulletin predictions: Use it, but don't take it seriously. You can post to the community forum without having to register yourself.
Trackitt: Don't forget to visit the site. Really extensive site. Only few used by most of the green card applicants. You can track various stages of green card processing time..
