Well the question of the day is whether the December 2011 VISA Bulletin is out! We all like to see some great movements may by up to six months in the upcoming bulletin. But wait, it has not been released yet. If you go back and look into the statistics, the bulletin comes out anytime between the 5th and 11th day of the month. This is November 7th. So, wait for 4 more days and you will know for sure.
